Jennifer L. Schaulin
Jennifer L. Schaulin serves as Vice President with MillicanSolutions, Inc., an executive search and consulting firm focused on strategic leadership initiatives for children’s hospitals nationally. Jennifer is responsible for managing the search execution process. She has spent over 11 years in retained executive search and was formerly a Director with A.T. Kearney Executive Search and a Principal with Ray & Berndtson in the consumer products and services practices located in Fort Worth, Texas. She has been responsible for executing search assignments for senior level executives across a broad range of functions in consumer products, medical products and technology companies.
Prior to her executive search experience, Jennifer had an eight year career in medical capital equipment sales in both the radiology and cardiology market places. She spent three years as an advanced diagnostic sales specialist for intravascular ultrasound in the West Region for Cordis Corporation, a Johnson & Johnson Company and five years as an account manager for GE Medical Systems in the Pacific Northwest. In addition to her sales success, Jennifer served as the sales and service team facilitator and was involved in corporate training, customer training and mentoring of peers. Jennifer earned a B.S. in general engineering with a secondary field of study in marketing from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign.
Marcel Barbey
Marcel Barbey, serves as Vice President with MillicanSolutions, Inc., an executive search and consulting firm focused on strategic leadership initiatives for children’s hospitals nationally. Marcel is responsible for managing the search execution process. Prior to joining MillicanSolutions, he was a Principal with The Medicus Firm, based in Dallas, and primarily worked with clients in the Northeast. Prior to joining Medicus in 2005, he was with Merritt Hawkins & Associates where he trained and directed a team of search consultants that completed searches throughout the Midwest region. Marcel has been recruiting physicians and providing healthcare staffing consultative services since 1999. His areas of expertise include medical staff needs analysis, contract negotiation, establishing strong partnerships with physician candidates and clients and an unparalleled customer centric focus.
Prior to starting his career in healthcare consulting and recruiting, Marcel worked in the hospitality and hotel management field. Marcel earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Alberta, Edmonton.
Jennifer Weimer
Jennifer Weimer serves as Assistant Vice President and Executive Assistant with MillicanSolutions, Inc., an executive search and consulting firm focused on strategic leadership initiatives for children’s hospitals nationally. She is responsible for target identification, strategic market research, database development, client relations, search execution and meeting coordination.
She has spent over nine years in retained executive search and was formerly a Research Analyst for the healthcare practice at Ray & Berndtson, a retained executive search firm located in Fort Worth, Texas. She was responsible for target identification, candidate research, and industry knowledge for pharmaceutical, biotech, managed care and physician industries.
Prior to her executive search experience, Jennifer was a Human Resources Associate with H.D. Vest Finanical Services, in Irving, Texas. Her responsibilities included employee recruitment, new employee orientation and training, employee development, employee benefits and employee relations.
Jennifer received her BBA degree in Human Resource Management from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas.
Mendy King
Mendy King is the Assistant Director of Accounting and Data Management for MillicanSolutions, Inc. an executive search and consulting firm focused on strategic leadership initiatives for children’s hospitals nationally. Mendy is responsible for all the accounting needs of MillicanSolutions, Inc., which include the everyday tasks of accounts receivable and accounts payable. Mendy also provides data management assistance in a variety of tasks including, research, marketing, data entry, database management and other administrative tasks.
Prior to joining MillicanSolutions, Inc., Mendy served as an executive assistant in the real estate industry.
