 The University of Tennessee College of Medicine welcomes David Shibata, MD, FACS, FASCRS to the team. Dr. Shibata will be serving as the Chair of Surgery in the College of Medicine at UTHSC.  In addition to being the Chair of Surgery and Scheinberg Endowed Professor, Dr. Shibata will be the Deputy Director of the West Cancer Center.  Dr. Shibata plans to assume the chair on August 1, 2015. Congratulations, Dr. Shibata!
