It's All in the Family!

A 2009 national survey of pediatric hospitals and medical colleges conducted by MillicanSolutions, Inc. in partnership with the Association of Administrators in Academic Pediatrics found that only 6% of respondents included the spouse on the first visit with a prospective candidate; while the majority, 85%, included the spouse on the second visit, and 9% waited until the third.
